How to install printers

Help...
I just upgraded a small network to WIndows 2000 Advanced
Server. We were using Novell 4.2 I am not very
knowledgable with the Windows product but I am learning.
We had three printers on the novell network. I gave them
all IP numbers. They are connected to the network on the
LAN. How do I set up the printing so that the server and
all PC's can print to the printers. I have gone in through
the wizard as well as add a printer, but I do not know how
to set them up. I have file and print sharing enabled.

Two ways, setup the printers on a Windows server and the printer to be
shared. The server will act a your print queue and you should be able to
browse the network to install the printers from the workstation

Or, create a TCP/IP port (under add printer wizard) and then install the
printer and point it to the newly created TCP port (no print queue server)
