How to insert row and column labels into a single cell

I would like to have my rows and columns labels neatly inserted in one single
top left hand cell, further divided diagonally. Is there any quick way to do
it. How to ensure the text is easily editable within the two parts of the
cell. Thank you.

A cell cannot have two parts.

About the only thing you can do is add a diagonal border then manually space
your text on either side of the border..

Quick...........no

Fiddly..........yes

I don't know of a way to divide a cell diagonally. But you could put "Col
Label / Row Label" in A1, and have the text wrap so that it's displayed on
two lines. Best solution that occurrs to me on the spur of the moment.

The really quick way is to use two cells: A1 and B2. Appearance may not
be exactly what you want but I'd suggest left aligning A1 and right
aligning B2.
