How to Insert a graphic and Wrap Text

I'd like to insert a square jpg graphic into a paragraph of test so that the
square box sits to the right of the accompanying text, which wraps as below
(which I hope comes out right in the message display):

I haven't been able, with the use of the Help file, to figure out how to
get the text to wrap that way.

Please suggest

On the Layout tab of Format Picture, choose Square or Tight wrapping, then
click the Advanced... button. In the advanced dialog, set the horizontal
position as Right relative to Margin. You can also adjust the distance from
text and other settings here.
