how to increase the size of the slide for printing?

Hi! I am making a poster with PowerPoint. The required size of the poster
is 4-ft by 8-ft, but the max. width or height allowed in Page Setup is only
56 inches. Is there any way I can go around with this?

will this make it blurry when I get it printed at Kinko's?

No more so than if PPT let you dial in the actual final size of the poster.

The text and drawing elements you do in PPT will scale w/o problems.
If you have images in the presentation, they'll need to be higher resolution
than ordinarily for smaller size printing.
