It is not possible to globally change the font sizes which were used
to compose the original email if it is formatted as HTML.

There is a kind of a work-around for this problem: Change the method
of displaying HTML email. To do this,
1) Click on "Tools" in the Main Menu
2) Click on "Options"
3) Click on "Email Options" button
4) Under "Message Handling" section, put a checkmark beside "Read all
standard mail as Plain Text"
5) Click on "Apply"
6) Ok out
7) Follow the steps below.

However, you CAN change the size of fonts in email which is formatted
or displayed as "Plain Text".
1) Click on "Tools" in the Main Menu
2) Click on "Options"
3) Click on "Mail Format" tab
4) Under "Stationary and fonts", click on "Fonts" button
5) Under "Composing and reading Plain Text", click on "Choose Font..."
button
6) Change to the font and size you desire.
Don't forget to "Ok" out.
