How to include attachment icons when printing an email?

How do I insure that when printing an email message that has attachments, the
attachments icons listing are printed on the message?
I do not want to print the actual attached document, just the icons with
short description of each attachment.
Occasionally when I print an email that either I have sent or have received,
that has 1 or more attachments, the print-out includes the attachment icons
just below the Subject line.
Most of the time it does not and I do not know what settings are different.

Before printing, change the message to plain text mode and your attachment
names will print out.
