How to import specific folders from outlook express to outlook

I have microsoft outlook express installed from which i want to import only
"Sent items" folder to microsoft outlook

Is there any way to achieve the same. Please note that i do not want to
import all the folders..

In Outlook Express, click File>Export>Messages. Click OK. CHoose the
option to export selecfted folders, select Sent Items, and click OK.
