How to I make Outlook look in "Contacts" when sending e-mails?

When I send an e-mail and click on "to", I want this to automatically default
to my "contacts" rather than global address book.

In the Address Book interface, click Tools>Options and choose which to use
first.

I have an interest in this question, too, Brian, and cannot find the option
you mentioned. After choosing Tools and then Options, where do we go then?

It's not the Tools, Options from the Inbox, first go to Tools, Address Book.
This brings up the WAB interface. In that window that pops up, click on
Tools, Options. Then you can change where it looks and in what order.
