How to hide rows in an Excel worksheet based on a variable

Dave Osborn

I would like to hide or display rows in an Excel worksheet based on a
variable set on other worksheets. Is this possible?

No doubt that it's possible, but a lot more information is going to be needed
and to actually hide/display rows requires VB code.

With VBA it is possible.

Much more detail required before a guess can be made.

How is the variable derived and from where?
