Hi,
In the Default Domain Controllers Policy, expand Windows Settings, Security Settings, Local Policies, User Rights Assignment. Edit the Add Workstations to domain-policy. You may also have to delegate control to the OU containing your computer accounts. Use the delegation of control wizard.

this. What exactly are you trying to accomplish with
this? What I often do is to create an "Installers" group
( courtesy of Mark Minasi in his "Mastering Windows 2000
Server - 4th Edition ) and add the specific user accounts
as needed and then remove them. This is really helpful
if you use RIS for deploying WIN2000/WINXP workstations.
