How to grab embedded image from email

I am using Outlook 2007.

How can I save embedded pictures from an email to a jpg or bmp file ?

Right-click it, select Copy then paste into an imaging program such as MS
Paint and save it as jpeg.

I have tried the macro and also the copy and paste to paint. Both work well.
