In my c:\doc + setting\ there are a few folders such as UserA, UserB. In each
of these folders say UserA,there are these subfolders like Application Data,
Content, Desktop, Start Menu etc...) Now how do I delete these folders such
as UserA, UserB as they are no longer using the pc.

When I boot up the pc, its User C, which I log in. Hopefully be able to
delete folders UserA and UserB, I will be able to free up some space. Please
advice and thanks for your help and time

I would first remove the users in User Accounts. Then remove the folders
for the users after making sure any data in those folders is no longer
needed. If you log in as Administrator (or usually with Admin rights),
you can then delete the folders.

If user c is the administrator, you should be able to remove the old
profile folders.

In Safe mode and log in as Administrator (the windows default) and go to Doc
& Setting > folder A (DELETE) and half way thru message "cannot delete My
DVD:Access is denied'. In fact some of the folders like A2 which is empty
cannot be deleted. Is it because the user put a password word and now we have
deleted the UserA account, we cannot delete the folders? Thanks for your help
