How to get rid of SPYAXE?

my system is infected with spyaxe.
I could get rid of the pop-up from the systemtray, but there is still the
changed home-site in the IE.

any ideas?

mein system ist mit spyaxe infiziert.
ich konnte bereits das pop-up aus der systemleiste loswerden, kann die
Startseite aber immer noch nicht selbst festlegen.
was kann ich machen?
