How to get Public folder link in "Calendar" Group

I want a shortcut to public calendar folders in my Calendar button. I know
how to add to the shortcuts folder/area, but I would prefer to click the
calendar button and have ALL the calendars (shared, public and my person) in
that one place instead of having to go to shortcut for some and calendar
button for others.

I would also like to know how this can be done. I have multiple public
folder calendars my users would like to view at the same time.

Drag the calendar folders to Public Folders\Favorites.

Is there a way to open multiple calendars at once? Like the feature in
Outlook 2k3 under calendar > other calendars where you can select multiple at
once?

Also, is there a way to open a public calendar via file open > other user
folder?

Once you add a calendar to PFFavs, you will see it in the Other Calendars list and can check its box to display it side-by-side with other calendars.

As the name of the command implies, the Open | Other User's Folder command is only for opening folders from other mailboxes.
