Problem: Interactive hover and pressed buttons are linking back to C drive
and not remote web site when publishing with FP 2003. Any suggestions? Thank
you.

Make sure that you have first open the site in FP via File Menu | Open Site command prior to
creating the button. If you created custom button images, these must have been imported into the
current open site first before using.

Look up the link properties of the buttons and change the links to
relative paths so that they work correctly on the local site and the server.

My guess is that then your created them the links have an absolute path
or relative path that "points" to your machine.

Caused by editing a page without having the "WEB" open in FrontPage and then opening the page for
editing.

Thank you both. I thought I was doing that, but perhaps not. I will be more
attentive next time. I appreciate your help.
