how to get around the login password

I just got this computer and The person i got it from
doesnt know the password and i dont either So i cant login
to the computer i dont know how to get around that i tried
Going into Bios and seeing if i could change it Buuuut
then i messed it up i accidently hit sumtin i didnt want
to now it will start booting up But then it will get past
loading then it will automatically restart over again Just
not my dad making me mad

Ask your local police to help you find the rightful owner of the
PC, who will know that necessary password(s), as well as have the PC's
manual to help restore the BIOS to its proper settings.

Actually, I have a similar issue. I am a legitimate owner
of a Windows 2000 system. I tried to change my user
account permissions when I was preparing to sell the
computer on ebay. Somehow, I managed to lock myself out
of Windows completely however. Now it will really be
difficult for me to sell this computer! Any idea how to
get back in?

Load the hard drive with a fresh copy of Windows.

Try it again and if that doesn't work try something different.
