how to get admin rights

I am logged in as admin, I am the only user, but I always get this error
when I try to delete
or move data that I dont have admin rights. Plus cant log out, no matter evn
if you try CTRL + ALT+Del to log out.

right click on that folder -> properties -> security
And check for file permissions.
