How to format data in excel into a booklet, word or publisher?

I have a spreadsheet which was created for a class reunion booklet. The
spreadsheet contains name addresses as well as a few questions. I would
like to export this to an application in which I can indicate the question
and then the response from the classmate. I've looked at Publisher and Word,
but just cannot seem to find what I need in order to get this done. Are
there any suggestions on how I can do this, other than just retyping it all?
