How to fix FP 2003 "server error client closed connection"

I keep getting "server error - client closed connection" when trying to open
my local web site in Front Page 2003. The "local web site" does not show the
folders in "Folder List" view? What happened suddenly? How do I fix it?

Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download FP Cleaner.
Run the functions that clear the FrontPage Temporary files and the
Cache(.web) files, and restore the Default Toolbars and Menus.
