How to extract information from an email?

Does anyone know how, or know of a program, that will extract data out of a
text email and then send another email based on that text?

For example, we get emails from a lead generation source. In those emails
are the potential leads name and email address. The format looks like a list
with the information of one field per line with the data seperated by a ":".
For example, "Name: John Fulton" would be one line.

What I want to do is extract that data "John Fulton" automatically and then
send an email template to his email address - which is contained in the
original email on another line.

Any suggestion on how to do this or a program that will do this is
appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi Bryan,

I don't know how you can extract names from the body of the email (or if
that is even possible) but I do know a software that you can use it to
extract email addresses from the emails. The software is called Email
Address Collector and you can find it at this link:
