How to export filtered list from OUTLOOK EXPRESS' Address book

A user happened to export the group of email addresses in order to share them
with the another user. At that time I exported her/him all of emailaddresses
into
CSV file and edited it. Then her/him can send it with email to the another
one.

But sometimes a user wants to make groups in Treeway.
For example,
there are 'Cooking tourist' and 'Art tourists' groups
and each has some sub groups,'Cooking' has 'Chinese', 'French', 'Italian' so
on.
So 'Art tourist' group has 'painting','sculpture', 'crafts' ...
Is there any certain way to export(send and share) only chosen grouped email
addresses with group tree?
A lot of people have been using windows and outlook express,
so it is natural that a user think such a thing.

This should prove to be a useful link.

A link, http://www.insideoe.com/files/wab.htm is useful and interesting.
I'd appreciate that.
So, wab file(application) which has several groups can be made a copy.
And a user can edit it to make it only one group.
A user can send it to another, attaching to an Email.
Then another could put on 'Desktop' or can import into her/his private
address book.
I did test these thing.
And I confirmed that users can handle the chosen group separately.

But, seems dangerous for novice users.
If there is safe LAN or VPN among users,
and the server has regular backup routine,
that shared wab file would be fine.

Thank you.

Please see the rest of the page in the link I posted regarding Network
Issues with WAB.
It is not recommended that you share the address book across a network.

You would also be better posting any further questions in an OE specific
newsgroup.
