How to export email addrs from Access 2007 --> Outlook 2007 dist l

I am looking for the most straightforward way to create an Outlook 2007 email
distribution list from a series of email addresses in an Access 2007
database. The email addresses being exported from Access are not contacts
that already exist in the Outlook 2007 environment.

I have been trying to do this by following the steps in "Create a
distribution list by copying names from an e-mail message" which I found at
the link: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HP052578011033.aspx

The method I've been using is to use Access's "Export to text" capability to
save a text file of the emails I want to send to, and then I use MS Word to
replace each "paragraph end" with a "semicolon + paragraph end". This gives
me a nice semicolon delimited list of the emails, but when I try to paste
multiple email addresses into the "Add to distribution list" list, only the
first address in the coy buffer actually comes across to Outlook.

For now, the only way I've been able to make use of my semicolon-delimited
email lists is to paste then into Outlook's "To" field, which works OK, but
I'd rather create an Outlook distribution list that I could then send to
another user in my organization.

Thanks for any ideas!
