How to expand the windows tab-bar underneath ?

How to expand the windows tab-bar underneath so to get two rows for
applications, programs etc ?

I mean on the tab-bar next to quick -launch bar ?

Right-click on the bar and make sure it is unlocked.

Then - place your mouse cursor on the very top-edge of the bar (the cursor
should turn into a double-arrow) and clcik and hold the left mouse button
and 'drag' the bar upwards to increase its size, downwards to decrease.

After increasing its size, go back on the right tab and 'Lock the
Taskbar' again!

Personally - I do not find that step necessary. I do not care for my
taskbar to be locked.
