How to enable staff to only see coworkers calendar in OWA

In permissions I allowed users to have mailbox rights to their co-workers.
But this allowed them to view their coworker’s entire mailbox. How can I set
it up so staff member can see and schedule appointments for their coworkers,
without seeing their entire mailbox?

The path http://your-owa-server/exchange/their-name/calendar enables people
to wander over to their coworkers Inbox etc.

If you have Outlook 2002 or 2003 use group schedules and then they can do
this without accessing the entire mailbox of each colleague.
