How to email journal entries linked with a contact in outlook

I have been trying to figure out how to forward a vcard and link the journal
entries and/or notes associated with that contact.

When I look at the email I sent and choose to view the journal entries,
there is nothing there.
I think it might have something to do with either the format of the vcard or
where the vcard are actually save on my computer or have something to do with
archived contacts.
If anyone can offer any suggestions on how to figure this out I would
greatly appreciate it.

A vCard won't carry the journal info or other Outlook info with it since
it's just a text file that follows a certain industry 'standard' outlined
here:
