How to download video from Google-Video which are hidden in Flash-Player?

When I go e.g. to this page:

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-869183917758574879&q=stephen+colbert

I can play this video in a Flash-based player without problems.

But is there a way to download this videos (or other videos which are offered in a similar way)?

I could imagine that there is a HTML source code analyzer tool which can extract the
original video source location a start a download automatically.

You really mean, "How do I steal^H^H^H^Hborrow streaming media," right? I
mean no offense; I've had similarly larcenous impulses myself. I am sure
that there are plenty of clever and industrious people who have figured out
how to do it, but nothing native will, so you probably ought to just start
googling for such tools.
