What do you actually mean by "do Index cards"?

Does your printer have the ability to duplex print such cards? If so, set
it to print on both sides.

If not, in the File Print dialog, set the pages to be printed to 1, 3, 5,
etc

Then take the cards and turn them over so that starting from the top they
are in the order 1, 3, 5, etc and then print pages 2, 4, 6, etc.
