Hello. I need to reformat my hard drive, and have backed up everything
except Outlook 2007. How do I do this if I want all the information? Thank
you for your time. Kind regards, Cindy

In other words, your email, yoour calendar, your contacts, youtr notes and
so on? As well as your rules and such?

Essentially (not knowing how you get your email is a disadvantage here) you
can export all your email.calendar entries/notes/contacts/etc to a PST file
and then you can (using Outlook 2007 at a later date) either import it or
just open that PST file and copy what you want or leave it in the PST file.

Shenan: I thought outlook (not express) stored everything in a PST
file. I've moved users from old to new PCs and we simply copy the PST
file from pc to pc. Seems to work. Calendar/mail/address and all.
Okay, maybe the address is in the WAB file. Is this valid or did we
just luck out?

Is it possible to just copy and paste everything to a CD or DVD? I just want
to do this the fastest way possible, since once it's done I can reformat.
