HOW TO disable printer properties

Hi:

I want to know how can I disable printer properties. I don't want users
to change the printer properties by direct selecting printer and select
properties, or by calling properties from programs (like in Word or
Excel)

I want to configure the printers and don't let users change anything
that comes in Printer Properties (eg: paper size, color, tray, etc)
