How to disable Automatic Background Compaction?

Hi Folks,

Hoping somebody can tell me whether there is any way at all (reg hack,
third-party utility, etc ) to disable Automatic Background Compaction in Outlook
2003?

Have googled extensively and also searched the registry for every appearance of
the string "compact", all with no resulting joy.

No, other than not deleting stuff. Once it reaches approx 20% white
space, it compacts.
