How to disable "Allow access for x min." window during Sync.

I have a Nokia mobile phone with a a sync program (PC Suite), whenever it
sync's I am asked by Outlook to confirm access for X minutes. Since syncing
takes place every 5 min. this is pretty anoying.
Is there a way to disable this? I have ample security in Bluetooth password
etc. PC -Cillin firewall and Anti Virus.
