How to Deploy MSI packages with SMS 2003

Hi all.

Does anybody know whow to do this? i've been looking at internet and found
not much info. Another thing i would like to do is change or enforce the
desktop settings with SMS 2003. I know how to do this with policies but not
with SMS. Any help will be very appreciated.
