how to delete toolbars?

Hello,

I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to
delete a toolbar in IE6. Somehow a program downloaded to
my computer and installed a third party toolbar in
Internet Explorer (I was browsing without my firewall
active - my mistake). Now, I can't get the toolbar to go
away. Everytime I close it, it re-opens the next time I
start IE6. Please help.
