Hi all,
I have had problems with MS Outlook 2000 for a few weeks. It just keeps
closing - randomly.
I think I might have found the cause - being that there are two copies of
"Personal Folders" in the folder list.
They have similar structure but are not identical and emails coming in only
go into one of the inboxes. There are two "deleted items" folders, 2 inboxes,
2 drafts, 2 calendars, 2 journals, 2 tasks etc.
I think that getting rid of one set of personal folders might solve the
shutting down problems.
The question is how do you delete the one of the personal folders. Right
click gives the option to "close folder" no mention of delete or send to
recycle bin.
