How to delete attachment from received e-mail?

Hello -

I was wondering if there is a way to just delete the attachment(s) of
an e-mail but to keep the message itself?

I receive a lot of e-mails with large attachments and I am usually
saving the attached files somewhere else. However ... I would like to
keep the message that came with it without having to keep around those
attachments due to size limitations of my *.pst file.

Thanks,
Joe

Yes. Open the message, click Edit>Edit Message, select the attachment and
press Delete. Close the message and click Yes when prompted to save the
changes.

There are add-ins that will automatically remove attachments from messages
but keep pointers to them within the message so you know they were there.
