how to delete all your files and make your computer like when i bought it

I need to know how to delete all the things i have
downloaded since i got my computer to make it liek when i
bought it. With just the programs it came with and then
still be able to download fiels agian if i want.

Boot to the xp cd and follow the on-screen instructions. The cd is bootable
and has all the tools to format and install.

Or,

Boot to a win9x floppy boot disk, run Fdisk, delete partitions, create new
partitions, reboot to boot disk again, run format, (or reboot to xp cd,
format, install xp). Get boot disk here: www.bootdisk.com

Read the instructions that came with your computer. If you didn't get an
installation CD, there is a partition on your hard drive that will allow you
to "put your computer back" to the original configuration. If you have
problems, contact the computer manufacturer.
