Not on my computer and Google knows nothing about that file. When you
right click on it and go to properties, what does it say?

Possibly a mal-formed filename. Try deleting it from a CMD prompt.

Open a new CMD prompt, CD to the folder where the file is. Do a DIR /X
and look for the filename on the right-most column (you may have to add
the hidden flag to the DIR). The second column from the right is the
files correct 8.3 filename. Try to delete it from the CMD window using
it's 8.3 name with the DEL command.

Already tried...

The file format is correct, this is the reason that I used Norton Commander
to delete ghost files.
Is rare because my file is 0 bytes.

Ok,
Trouble resolved.

The filename suggests to me that it originated in the Temporary
Internet Files folder, and could have been from an attachment to an
email downloaded in Outlook Express or Outlook. I had a similar
problem, and I could delete the file with DelinvFile.exe, which you can
download free from http://www.purgeie.com/delinv/index.htm

Go to the file. Right click on it. Look at the bottom of
your menu, and click on "Properties."

At the bottom of the properties window,

You will see

Attributes: [] Read Only [] Hidden

Be sure both boxes are empty (not selected)

When both boxes are empty, click "Ok" and close the
properties.

Now you SHOULD be able to delete the file.

Let us know how that works!

Good luck!
