how to define how may rows or columns are present in excel 03

want to show only a few columns on a report i need printed.. do not need
a-z+ and i only need like 15 rows how do i set this up in excel please help
me i am learning this as in a whirlwind for work and would greatly
appreciate the help asap

Either select the bits you want to print and Set Print Area under the File
menu, or hide the rows & columns you don't want printed.
Check with Print Preview.
