How to decrease the padding space between outer box and text inside the Text field?

When I insert a Text Field/Box into a slide I can do this without a problem.
However when I activate this textbox later again then there is a dashed rectangle text box around
it indicating the dimensions of this text field.

As I noticed the padding space between the actual dashed box line and the text inside is very, very big.
Is there a way to decrease this cell padding space to almost zero or even 0 pixels?

It would help me to position and resize this text field more accurately.
