How to create more rules&Alert if error show insufficient capacity

I need to create more than 30 rules & alert in my microsoft outlook mailbox,
but by time i created till 21 rules, i am unable to create 22 and more.
The message error shows that the server capacity is insufficient .. Please
advise how can I set more rules & alert and I receiving many mails daily ..
So i need its function to help to do all the sorting for me.
Please advise. Thank you

You cannot expand the size of the rules storage in Exchange. Exchange 207
will have a larger capacity.
