How to create link to a form

I have a report that shows all our open trouble tickets. I want to be
able to click on the tt# in report and bring me to that trouble ticket
in the form it was created in. The goal is to show all the open
trouble tickets and if they need to edit one of them then can click on
the TT# and bring them to that specific one in the trouble ticket form.

Reports, even in preview, are static representations of a
piece of paper and do not have click events. (That might be
different is A2007, but I am not using it yet.)

If you want to click on something, you need to use a form
instead of a report.
