This error might occur if contents of Catroot2 folder are
corrupt. To resolve this issue delete the Catroot2 folder
and let the system generate a new one. To delete the
Catroot2 folder, please follow the steps as follows:

    1. Click on Start, then My Computer
    2. Open your C drive
    3. If this is an upgrade over Windows 2000, open the
WINNT folder. If not, open the WINDOWS folder.
    4. Open the System32 folder
    5. Right-click on the CatRoot2 folder and choose Delete
    option and delete the folder
    7. Close all open windows and try the site again.
