How to Copy IE shortcut to Quick Launch Taskbar?

I am running Windows XP & Office Pro 2003. On the Quick Launch
toolbar/taskbar, there is no icon for IE. I have had the icon in previous
versions. How can I copy IE to the Quick Launch toolbar?

Navigate to Program Files/Internet Explorer, and right click on the IE
icon and drag to the quicklaunch, then select create shortcut.
