How to copy an Excel worksheet with formulas and clear contents.

I have worksheets from 2007 that I want to copy and use for 2008. Everything
I tried to clear just the contents for the year also removes the formulas
which I want to keep. Help!!! Sue

hi
hit the F5 key. click the special button. check constants. click ok
this will high light all of your non formula cells.
hit the delete key.
your data should be gone and your formula still there.
