How to control "EFFECTS OPTIONS" using SPIN animation

I want to change the amount of my spin from 90 degree to 30, 45 etc

I'm able to add the new degree to the text feild but the change does not
occur.

Does Powerpoint 07 allow me to make specfic icremental changes
