How to Connect my Outlook 2007

My Outlook is showing as "Offline". How do I get it to be "online" where I
can send and recieve messages.

If it's anything like 03, File/Work Off line.

Err File-Work online?
You did LOOK first, before posting?

It is Office 2007. The bottom right hand corner says "offline" I have not had
any error mesages.
