How to configure the numeric keypad

Hi

Does anyone know how to configure the numeric keypad on the keyboard. For
example, by pressing button 7, it displays a character. I must also be able
to display number 7 whenever I pressed the 7 button (probably with Ctrl
button).

Should I create a windows service or just an application? Pls help. Thanks.

If you only need to do it once, press NumLock, or on some keyboard Shift
NumLock.

There is a way to set and unset it in software... Google for 'set NumLock'
if that's what you need.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for my poor English.

What I need is to change the Numeric key to mobile phone key. Like 2 has
abc. 3 has def ... etc
