How to configure Outlook 2003 and POP3

I am using Outlook 2003 and trying to set up a POP3 account. I have taken all
the step as to putting in my information with all the incoming and outgoing
servers. When I go to test the account all of them are successful expect the
last 2 fail. The 2 that fail are "log onto account server" and "sent test
email". As it is trying to send the email and complete the final 2 steps, I
get a reoccuring log in pop up box to put in name and password. I put it in
and nothing happens. Please help.

Contact your ISP or look at their help pages on their website to ensure you have input the correct server names, have not used a comma instead of a period, and have configured authentication per your ISP requirements.
