How to combine data from two columns into one column

Hi Rena

not sure what you're after here .. but you could copy & paste the second
column's data onto the bottom of the first column?

if you're working with lists that contain duplicates you might like to check
out Chip Pearson's web site

Assuming you mean "data" as per your subject line,
say, combining "Name1" and "Name2"
in cols A and B into col C

Name1 Name2
RenaBubley
Roy Rogers
etc

Try in C2: =TRIM(A2&" "&B2)
Copy down
