In Word 2003 you had the big "X" to close the entire program and the little
"X" to close just the one documnent but not the program. How can I do that
in Word 2007? There is only one "X". You can close it by going to the big
Office circle and select close but it there a shortcut to do the same thing?

Vshook,

If I'm not mistaken, the "x" in the upper right-hand corner does not close
Word but only the active document.

There are two Xs if Show all windows in the taskbar is NOT checked (Office -
Word Options - Advanced tab - Display section.

Also... regardless of that setting, Ctrl+W and Ctrl+F4 close just the
current document, and not all of Word.
